TIPS FOR SENDING US A PHOTO
When sending a photo for a quote, we recommend placing a letter size (8.5" x 11") sheet of paper or a ruler in proximity to the media so that our Memory Experts can size the media properly for you!
How to Complete Your Order
1. BUILD YOUR ORDER
After receiving your free quote, use the information provided to create your order. Our Memory Experts are here to help you if needed!
2. SHIP YOUR MEDIA
Sort through the media you have, package it carefully so it will ship safely, and mail us your media to us.
3. RECEIVE DIGITAL MEMORIES
Once your media is received, we will process your order. In about 3 weeks, you can access your new high-quality digital copies and we will ship you your original media.

We ask that you try to have your media laid out so that it is easy for our Memory Experts to count how many pieces of media you have and see what type they are. Please try to organize your media neatly and not just send a pile of stacked media that is hard to count.
That's okay! If you are unable to take a photo of your media, just share a description of the media you have (even if it is just an estimate) and our Memory Expert will be able to create a quote for you.
