What if I have shoeboxes full of photos?
Simply send your photos to us through UPS and estimate the number of photos you want us to digitize as close as possible. Then, will contact you to confirm what to scan if the estimated number is not accurate.
What is included with the transfer price?
The transfer price for your custom order includes a Digital Download and MemoryCloud access, where you can view, download, and order copies.
Our professional service scans your family photos and turns them into high-quality digital images using color correction and retouching.
Will my original items be returned?
Your original media and containers will be returned with your completed order.
How long will it take to get my digitized memories?
You will receive your completed order in about 3 weeks (includes processing and return shipping) from the time we receive your media; it will include your originals and any Digital Download, USB, or DVD you ordered.
How do you guarantee results?
When you digitize your memories with Capture, we want to make sure you are happy with the results. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it to us for reprocessing.
